I'm planning on getting back into MTG. My older brothers used to play ~12 years ago, our latest set was Weatherlight/Tempest I think. So we have a few cards at least.

Where should a beginner buy cards? What set? I'm planning on buying a white+blue+black 60 card pack, if they are still available.

Go to Neutral Grounds on the 2nd floor of JY Square in Lahug. There are a lot of players that can help you. Also go to M:tG sites like [mtgsalvation.com] and view the latest Type 2 decks.

There's a prerelease for the next set tomorrow~(Sept. 26, 2010) at 2PM in Neutral Grounds. After the event is a good time to fine new cards.

dude i bought this gikan sa states. dd2 man ko nibakasyon kad****. the intropack cost me about 14-15 dollars 60 cards nana siya with 1 booster pack.
