of course mu suksok gihapon ni sila sa imo substrate. you need to place them in a ceramic dish for feeding. but if inverts imo lawgan, just make sure they are grabbed and bitten by your invert pet as soon as you drop them.

They are the grubs of 2 different species of beetles. the mealworms are the larvaes of the smaller meal beetle, Tenebrio Molitor. The superworms on the other hand are the larvaes of the bigger ground beetle, Zoophobas Morio.

the size (MWs are way smaller than SWs), nutritional value (SWs are more fattening than MWs).
