this happened to me a week ago. i bought a seagate sata 80GB at PCQuickBuys in SM. as i was paying, the tech who was packing the HD hit the cashiers desk with the hard drive. I told them that i would DEFINITELY not buy it if they did not replace it. I told them that yes, it can withstand 350 G's but still, im not gonna take that risk with my family's photos inside the damn disc... so they replaced it.
