    hahaha, i have a feeling i know exactly where that branch is. I also noticed their chicken was a little on the small side.

    hehehe...thanks for adding that one bro...anyway some of my officemates are now thinking of bringing their own food and eating inside the office cause it's probably the best way to save and you can eat the food that you want! Thank god for Microwave!!!

    You should have asked for a refund. Stand your ground. Make a big deal out of it cause you could have gotten sick if both you and your bf had eaten the food you ordered. That was NOT acceptable. Never will be.

    Always ask to talk to the supervisor or manager. Even if they replaced your food- there's no guarantee it didn't come from the same source. If the manager knows what's good for him, his job and the company- he will do the right thing by giving your money back plus his sincere apologies.

    Also never ever complain about your food/service/whatever when you're still waiting for the food you ordered. You're at the mercy of the kitchen and service crew and you'll never know what they do or put in your food.
    You can complain all you want AFTER the food is served - (whether it took a long time, gave you the wrong food, etc.) but never when you're still waiting for it to arrive.
    I've seen a tv program regarding this topic and I've personally heard stories about food servers spitting on some arrogant customers' drinks when they've been given a hard time. Doesn't matter if the complaints are valid and reasonable. The thing is, we can never be sure about the food we get in MOST restaurants.
