    wieght lifting doesnt necessesarily means na mag lose wwight ka..

    kay ako.. ga lift ko pero same gihapon ako weight pero maklaro man nimo na ang effect kay

    mailisan ang fats ug muscle na mugamay ka....

    but the wieght... gamay ra kaayo difference...

    mas ganahan gani ko na bahalag mao gihapon ako wieght atleast nigamay nako ug toned

    ga lift ka pero imong the weight is the same? there are many reasons for that

    here are some reasons:
    1. imong body na anad na sa imong routine (proably same rotine for over a period of time)
    2. overtraining (more than an hour)
    3. more tingali imong intake kai sa output or unhealthy eating habit
    4. KSP (kuwang sa protein)
    5. not enough rest (muscles don't build during workout.. it builds during rest)

    victim ko sa 1,2 ug 3.. pero karon ni change man ko and i'm getting the results that i wanted... cute...

    ako victim ko sa 1,3 og 4... unsa man nga pagkaon rich in protein? morag victim pud ko sa 5 da kay almost everyday man ko mag-work out.. unless nga gi-pamaolan jud ko, mag-work out ko anang adlawa.. karon gi-pamaolan ko da.. hehe

    usually mga meat products.. like what CrasHBURN said in previous post.. vegtables are not complete protein

    pwede man ka mo train everyday pero one part at a time or maka rest ug tarong ang muscle

    try to keep your work-out session at most 60mins

    There are ways of losing weight... Bale did months of dieting to LOSE FATs and MUSCLES... which, normally not a good way of losing... actually, a lot of gym goers are doing this... Lose fats while maintaining lean muscle, the right way... you will look better, feel better and healthier...

    c Lee Priest d.i na bay crash ang naa sa above pic!? WOW....he's pretty darn good in his diet....it's true guys w/ proper dieting, rest, nutrition makuha man ang target nga inyo iset if magworkout mo....disiplina lang jud....
