these ppl r juz creating some laws to further increasing their sideline kurakot! this is totally a non-sense thing base on a nothing but pogi points on their positions! they should first think on drivers na mga abusado sa dalan especially sa mga jeepneys, taxis and buses. (not all i think but almost all in fact) kaning klaseha nga mga drivers ky delikado kung mkadrive sa dalan. mao jud unta ni ila focus for now ANG SAFETY sa DALAN. They should think with broad minds kung onsa kinahanglan implement na balaod.

REP. Antonio Cuenco (Cebu City, south) yesterday said he will move to defer consideration of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) budget on Monday, until Assistant Secretary Alberto Suansing explains why he wants to require drivers to get life insurance before they can get license.
Cuenco said it’s not good that the Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) and LTO will engage in business in behalf of Centennial Insurance Corp. in the guise of helping the public utility drivers.

Cuenco said he will oppose the proposal.

“Klaro kaayo nang negosyo (It’s apparently a moneymaking venture),” Cuenco said.

imposible dakpon ang HID bai... una siguro nilang dakpon ang mga cebu city councilors pareha sa expedition and toyota hilux ni yayoy alcoseba... apil na sad ang prado ni edu rama.... wala sad nay katungod ang LTO mo confiscate sa HID since wala silay court order para mo allow na mohilabot sa imo auto... ayaw mo kahadlok mo palit ug HID mga bro, labi na nga nagkabarato na ang HID tungod kay daghan kaayo ang supply... HID na mo sa inyo headlamps and fog lamps.hehe
