think of it this way. It's beginning with the end in mind (<Stephen COvey). So it's positive mental exercise. You get to visualize the big picture. besides, death is certain. it's just matter of when. (who said that again? I forgot.)

OT:absolutely right. Why be afraid of something that's inevitable?
