Because unless they or their parents own a successful established business, belong to a political family or work in certain gov depts they have very little hope of attaining a reasonable standard of living. In a word..... money.

ok mana mo migrate the big ? is kaya ba sa bulsa ang fees. grabe maghisgot na gani ug migrate. millions na ang gasto. if naa mo kaila migrate now pay later. inform dayun ko ha.hehe
