i got an IBP at herbalife and tried the lose weight program. vanilla shake tastes great if mixed in milk... pero ang nakalisud jud is when i had to drink 3L of water everyday. for the first week i lost 3 pounds.. pero di nako ma take ang 1 meal/day lang... oh well

honestly, dako jud ko ug kaon until now labi na jud lami ang sud-an. hehehe. wala nko na take sad pag una. then nka realize ko nga i was getting heavier every month kung 3X ko mo eat ug solid foods so... dicipline lang jud.... hehehe.
