Jin?? Perhaps Gin... I'd personally say that divine spear of his is used together with Kaname's Enmakoorogi (Cricket Demon Of Darkness). It takes away your spiritual sense, your sight, your hearing and your sense of smell. The only person who can escape is the one holding Suzumushi.

Aizen's power is actually dependent on the person he is using it on. It does have a flaw at times.

Kubo Tite is a huge fan of Nirvana. One of his favorite albums was entitled "Bleach". This may sound funny or insane but this is a fact. He liked the title and went with it.
