Maybe ila jud gub-on..

But in my opinion, I think they should not demolish the structure. It's very big, they can make something out of it. If ever ila na i-utilize nga building then it would end up bigger than the PICC in Manila. Maka save sad sila kay naa na may existing structure...

The Mandaue Reclamation Area is also the most suitable venue for the said event (and CICC). At least the Mandaue reclamation area would get a facelift and possibly, get the much neede attention in the years to come. It has a very wide expressway or highway, last count I think it has around 8 or 10 lanes.. It also has all the opportunities of becoming a Central Business District if only it will be developed; otherwise, it would just end up like the North Reclamation Area -- a wasteland full of container vans, squatters, dusty roads, etc..etc..

i don't think they can finish this project in time for the ASEAN Summit. they only have 10 months left. lisod na kung dali-dali-on, quality might suffer.

Mao lagi, they should just forego of the spinning disc and build something that is really worth a "Convention Center." After all, megadome is no longer its name but Cebu International Convention Center (CICC). They can really finish it in less than 10 months if only they will utilize the existing structure.. Simple ra jud kaayo ilang problema.

It should be in SRP ... aside from the perfect location, it would also attract investors to invest in SRP once the Megadome is completed ...

any place will do... a long as it's in cebu province... makaya ra man na nila within 10 months ba... as long as naa pirimi sa huna-huna sa engr ang quality, dba?

mga projects of this magnitude take more than a year to finish. they only have barely 10 months left, no contractor yet, i even doubt if the complete construction drawings (architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, sanitary & plumbing) are finished since the governor ordered some major revisions to the building's design and use.

one of the reason why the uniwidesales didnt continue on this project its because, i think it was somewhere in yr1997-1999 na sunog ang main na uniwidesales na building sa manila after that they stop the construction

ohh yeah watch out for the Cebu Railway Transportation, i hope megadome project will continue and it will be nest to place it in North Reclamation or in South reclamation
