    naa man guy uban units nga dili gyud madala ug ayo hehehe, lugi pod unya ilang negosyo. and ang kanang units with warranty wala gyud kay bayran maski piso. haha pero kung way warranty, patay bayad ka checkup to labor pag ilis sa parts.

    macompare rana nimu kung maka enjoy ka sa warranty sa nokia. hahaha

    daghan bitaw gyud ug nokia users. pero it depends on the unit man sad, u wont see 8800 kada kilid sa cebu or n95 8gb, or e90 hahaha 3310 nuon cguro mutuo pako.

    update. a friend of mine emailed the 3 owners of audionet and gave them a link to this thread. not a single one of them even bothered to air their side maskin lang pag reply sa email.

    nakapalit ko ug low-end Motorola phone sa Audionet Ayala pag weekend and was told by the sales staff na wala kuno labot ang mga accessories, casing, etc. sa warranty nila, ang sulod ra jud kuno. (yeah, I've read this thread already and i know it would be cheaper if I bought the phone someplace else. thing is, I wasn't prepared to part with my cash and Audionet will let me charge it on my credit card )

    i wonder, if ang warranty nga gi-offer sa Audionet different ba sa warranty nga gi-offer sa Motorola. although ang supplier sa Motorola nga nakabutang didto sa box is Bright Star, so that would probably mean nga ang 1-year warranty of Motorola muagi sa Bright Star.

    in the event nga i would find defects in the unit i bought and brought the phone to Bright Star (kung ma-locate ni nako asa ila office) instead of taking it to Audionet, muingon sad kaha ang taga-Bright Star nako nga ang sulod ra ang under warranty? hmm

    to answer your question bai: "NO", Audionet makes their own rules. Awa na si markyap, 2yrs ila warranty sa Samsung phones and Audionet has 1. Further research showed me that 2yrs is the STANDARD warranty for Samsung. That alone is proof enough for me nga they break the rules to implement their own.

    Brightstar will probably give you the same sorry-ass excuse as Audionet if it's Cebu-based. You need an HQ's point of view for this and thorough knowledge of the warranty card that is included with your phone - not the one they made you fill up but the booklet itself. As far as I can tell ALL warranties cover aesthetic defects sad not just internals! Basaha na ninyo: "Free from defects in material and craftsmanship" - MATERIAL being the keyword for aesthetics.

    could it be that the reason why shops/suppliers like Audionet can not give full warranty on the items they are selling is that they got said items from dubious suppliers in China?

    i'm not really sure how purchasing these items from suppliers work. but if shops like Audionet got their merchandise from legit suppliers it shouldn't be very difficult for them to have defective units replaced because all they have to do is return those defective units to their suppliers, di ba? ngano maalkanse man sila?

    let say for example, ako ang audionet, mupalit ko run ug mga cellphones sa motorola. kung mu-offer ang motorola ug full warranty, all i have to do kung naay defective units is return said units to motorola and have it replaced with new units, di ba?

    natingala bitaw ko anang uban stores nga mamaligya ug wala'y warranty. ngano wala man warranty? kung fake ang unit, let's say fake nga nokia, of course, wala warranty. pero naa diay fake nga nokia? or motorola? or SE? refurbished or reconditioned, makasabot ko kung wala'y warranty.

    kung smuggled sad, makasabot ra sad ko kung wala'y warranty
