A public apology isn't enough. If all the Filipinos in the US hospitals would band together and strike, they would really see how important they are to their system.

This could have some employment consequences. But national and personal pride is worth it. If we will not stand up for ourselves, who will?

have you been to the states? have you encountered for yourself a concrete and clear situation nga naay mga racists? naa silay katungod kay ilaha ng lugar. dili ta kabuot nila kay ingana sila pagpadaku. if ari sa Pinas then kita pud ang magbuot.

u mean they are raised as racists? i don't think so! the main point of some posters here is respect.

what do you mean ilaha ang lugar? ang immigrants? citizen? native? naturalized?
Dli sila modawat ug pinoy tungod lng kay nagdemand ug apology ang pilipinas from a racist nga episode sa isa ka show? dont forget, allies ang diplomacy sa phils. ug US.
And i disagree nga ing.ana sila pagpadako. Even akong tita dad.on iya uban patient dre nga kano for recovery since vacation nya ug di cya maka.dali2x ug balik.. And those patients are nowhere near racism nga attitude. klase2x lng na..

naa ra man d.i na nga basin naay experience ang writer nga bati sa usa ka pinoy medical practitioner mao iya na nasulti. but the writer shouldn't fire back through that action...it's a generalization of the medical schools & it questions the educational system here in the phils....

it sounds that junmar4 is generalizing all of them being raised as racists..ang ur implying to us that kung kinsay pabor, hala buhata nu gusto buhata.....which is not good...where is the respect that we all want?
