FYI. ACS is included in Forbes and Fortune's top companies in US. OUR SBUs/ clients are top companies as well.
Last payday, some agents received 7-9k. Sometimes they even receive 5digits in a single payday. You have to drop some sweat and sacrifice some things and dedicate some time to earn more.. It's in one's sacrifices to know the value of your salary and the worth of the employee.
To applicants who's not been called yet, please wait and relax. There are lots of applicants also waiting for "the call" and HRs can't accommodate all of you. As much as we would like to give employments and help everybody out we also can't force the management to deploy all of you at once. Those applicants who already accomplished/have their requirements and have cleared all their records from their previous employers are somewhat prioritized by the HRs.
I suggest you follow up your application. Sometimes I also call those applicants who are worthy to be in my team.
My SBU still needs 60+ agents, and 25 from another SBU. (if you will be hired this season Im sure you'll be under my team.)
