IM a Team Lead of ACS.
It's not really my obligation to defend the company but ACS is still young and growing here in Phils.
FYI. ACS is included in Forbes and Fortune's top companies in US. OUR SBUs/ clients are top companies as well.
Last payday, some agents received 7-9k. Sometimes they even receive 5digits in a single payday. You have to drop some sweat and sacrifice some things and dedicate some time to earn more.. It's in one's sacrifices to know the value of your salary and the worth of the employee.

To applicants who's not been called yet, please wait and relax. There are lots of applicants also waiting for "the call" and HRs can't accommodate all of you. As much as we would like to give employments and help everybody out we also can't force the management to deploy all of you at once. Those applicants who already accomplished/have their requirements and have cleared all their records from their previous employers are somewhat prioritized by the HRs.

I suggest you follow up your application. Sometimes I also call those applicants who are worthy to be in my team.
My SBU still needs 60+ agents, and 25 from another SBU. (if you will be hired this season Im sure you'll be under my team.)

ako mga bro naa ko nag work sa ACS. about sa wala pa matawagi sorry kaau pero naa man gud daghan nangaply diri kay for all the pepz mo regular man gud sila after 6 months kung wla ka problema sa imo performance asta sa imo attendance.... din ok ra baya bisan minimum rate ra but naa man sad mga add ons mao na nga ok ra jud and mo regular pa jud... so sa tanan nga gusto mo apply ug sa naka apply na dont loss hope maka sud ramo.. din naa sila bag-o open nga account try mo ug apply.....

and by the way, about sa akong last paycheck pag pa clear nako wa pa jud nako makuha and ingon iapil daw ang 13th month pay nako ingon si sir Pete. ambot lang jud if makuha ba to nako. daghan man ni ingon wa daw klaro wa nalang pod tawn ko mo follow-up. lol

na-kwaan lage among sweldo sa ATM?? naa pa unta toh 200 balance akong ATM.. nganu nawagtang man.. pag.tan-aw nako sa ips, 4.3k akng sweldo nya pg.tan-aw nako sa akng ATM 4.3k r ang sulod.. asa man ang akng 200 nga balance.. ~_~
