@Quaker If you've read the previous posts, most of the people giving their comments are people who have had bad experiences with the company. But if you try to understand praetorean's post, you'll also wonder what are the comments of the rest of the employees of NCR, since the people giving out their comments here are just a handful. Basically, your experience will depend on how YOU, as an employee perceive your opportunity there. Sa mga kaila nako didto gud, they are loaded with projects and so far, wala man sila nag-focus sa management. Sa ila mang work ang ila gika-busyhan... So, it's up to you to decide what kind of company a certain company is. Some of this may have truth in it in the past, (I really cannot vouch for it since was not employed there), but based from my friends' experiences, it's worth to give it a try, as long as you know how to perceive the opportunity given to you.
