@Quaker If you've read the previous posts, most of the people giving their comments are people who have had bad experiences with the company. But if you try to understand praetorean's post, you'll also wonder what are the comments of the rest of the employees of NCR, since the people giving out their comments here are just a handful. Basically, your experience will depend on how YOU, as an employee perceive your opportunity there. Sa mga kaila nako didto gud, they are loaded with projects and so far, wala man sila nag-focus sa management. Sa ila mang work ang ila gika-busyhan... So, it's up to you to decide what kind of company a certain company is. Some of this may have truth in it in the past, (I really cannot vouch for it since was not employed there), but based from my friends' experiences, it's worth to give it a try, as long as you know how to perceive the opportunity given to you.

@bbhoneyz, yes SystemMedia is part of NCR. under the same management. They have their oppinion and the people of this thread have their oppinions. What matters is that you don't get swayed by them and make your own decision.

okay. since my friends man gd have nice feedback about their work. sometime i envy them hehehe. okay ra man cgro ang sa systemedia. we duno itz their opinion man.

hi..i've been here sa NCR for a while and my experience so far is great. i have a great team and co-workers.. the Admin? I don't mind what they do at all so long as I am doing my job properly 'coz at the end of the day, what matters is what I have done and what I have learned. I'm happy being here. The people are just cool and we help each other out.

My pay is enough for me. My previous employer may want to pay me 30% more than my salary here, but my work experience here is all worth it.

The bottom line is, what really matter is how you do well with your work at the end of the day and how happy you are with it. It's not just about how the admin is doing and what it can do to you. Focus on YOUR job, not theirs.
