No, sir.. we don't play prejudice and we don't want to step on other's rights because we base our actions and documentations on the Bill of Rights first and foremost and Vienna Convention, our constitution among others.. So again, we only react if there is a law or ordinance nga we think step on our rights.. and based on our record, we don't think we played one sided..

In fact, the unity ride was one of our final resorts. We first exhausted all our efforts before taking our actions to the street. We submitted reaction and position papers, asked for public debate and/or forums, attended public hearings and so on. But because our actions fell on deaf ears, we took the fight to the streets but only after we exhausted all our efforts. If taking to the streets doesn't work, then our final option is take it to the courts. Hopefully the government will also do the same. They do all their best efforts of implementing existing and effective laws before coming up with new laws that passes their responsibilities to us motorists.

Yes, we mainly fight for all riders BUT if ever some groups ask for our support and after some studies with our research and legal counsel teams, we find it worth fighting for, then we will stand with them, whoever they are. In fact, our unity ride was joined by PWDs, Big Bikes and Car enthusiasts clubs including drone enthusiasts.

Karon nga gibawal na ang pag gamit sa open pipe nganong daghan paman nag display nga tindahan ? Dapat pud unta ibawal na sa mga taga DTI. Mura man ug i shot nila sa taro ang mga riders Kay kung wala lang nagbaligya ani wala cguro ni nga issue sa saba sa tambotso. Uyon raman pud ko sa balaod balik nako sa stock karon.

ako rang against aning accessories kay kanang useless nga maka distract og maka samok sa ubang taw.. i.e. loud pipes, un-necessary/blinding lights, etc. other than that, OK ra ko as long as it passes the standards.

wala pa nay directive ang JAO boss so dili pa ta maka ingon nga bawal na jud.. although naa na ang balaod pero nipasalig ang LTO nga ilang gamiton as of this writing ang ACL-2009-018 para manakop ug dili ang sa JAO which is broad ra kaayu ug subject to different interpretations.. ang basic ra jud kay dapat dili ta mamalit ug mga racing pipes para gamiton nato sa atong mga motor on the street.. pero power and standard pipes kay okay ra na siya kay they are for street use man.. of course different LGUs can impose ordinances to determine "how loud is loud".. in MRO, our research team is tentatively pushing for 90db but it can still change... pero whatever law or ordinance against loudness of pipes, it still depends on the rider's attitude and being responsible sad sa pag gamit labi na sa mga villages or residences..

mosogot ra siguro ang mga dealers ana sir if i refund sa gov't ang ilang na puhunan sa mga items nga ila nang napalit which is approved by DTI.. kansi man pud sila kung kaliton lang ug bawal.. hehe
