Arnold Clavio was way out of line&being a veteran reporter at that he should not have lost his cool while interviewing Napoles lawyer it only shows bias when in the 1st place journalist like him should show fairness at all times..............

well clavio really crosses the line. At first atty. villamor clarified that he was handling different case and yet clavio still persist on iserting his questions just to get slight information on the pork barrel case. And hence he was refused to get some, he berserk on saying "wala akong nakukuha sayo".. for LoL where is responsible journalism here.

And magkatawa lang sad ko sa uban na mo ingon na dili ta maka blame ni clavio kay tungod sa kadako nga tax nato na gi scam.. Don't you guys think that this journalist have this ethics, and yet si clavio na nationally known na mag ingon ana.. What a boomer.

    Back to topic: Clavio! Clavio!
Okay, I get you're logic. So basically what you're saying that anyone who's on Napoles side, should get the same hate as Napoles have from people. Correct me if I'm wrong but your logic is this: Since these lawyers defending Napoles in this case, they already knew what's that truth about this scam, they should not defend her even if they are sworn to oath and they should "back-stab" her in a sense instead.

This is still the same with the example given on the first page about a doctor treating a terrorist. Their job description is to treat a peson regardless of who he is. This is the same Job description for Napoles lawyer. It's their Job description, and that is what she's supposed to do, defending her client.

Conclusion: You're hating someone because of their job description, which is the same sense in hating a Doctor for treating a terrorist. You might as well hate those doctors same with Napoles Lawyer. Off topic nako.

Doctor's faking their client's health to delay justice - YES. Doctors are protected by their code that's why no one questions them if true bana or dili ilang statement about sa health.

This is a very common scenario sa atoa perpetuated by the rich and infamous. AFAIK, doctors are obliged to take care of the patient under their code regardless of race, status, etc. But it is in their discretion to say that my client is unhealthy bla bla.

    BUT

A lawyer can "TURN DOWN" an offer to handle the case without any repercussion. Walay mapriso sa lawyer ug dili jud siya mo accept. Pero ug ni accept siya then it's either the money is too great or he believes the client is innocent. Walay oath mahitabo ug wala ka ni accept sa case. Ang point jud ani sa lawyer's POV is: ITS A CHOICE.

You can't he held liable what will happen to the person offering you the plunder case job kay in the first place you turn him down.
