an Elf-Lord can kill a Balrog ( that demon on the bridge that dragged Gandalf in the bridge of Kazad-dhum ) in single combat.
The true skills of an Elf wasn't fully demonstrated in the films. Legolas was only a low class Elf. Fingolfin, King of the Elves challenged Morgoth to a one on one fight to the death. Morgoth is a God ( the strongest of the Gods, imagine that- challenging a god??!! ).
I don't know about Jedi's; telekenesis, super fast reflex, but all do they do is busting out robots and fighting the Dark Jedi'. No Gods there, hehehe.
I go for Omega Red. i wish i had those tentacles coming out of my arms. swhing, grapple, splat, plog................
