If you watch some SENATE hearings covered on ANC on skycable, you will see which senators are working hard for our country & which are just sitting around picking their noses or talking on their cellphones. Others grandstand, others show off and waste time & people's money by debating on the smallest legal technicalities.
My choice is Sen. Mar Roxas. Not because he is from the Visayas, but because he is a no nonsense lawmaker, goes staight to the point on critical issues & doesn't waste time grandstanding. He's not a "trapo".
