    hehehe..i got mine a long time ago...used to play and train football and food wasn't a problem....when i got married i lost it in just a month!!!! thinking of getting one back....too kapoy!!!! pass lang ku....

    im into bodybuilding and im training for this coming november for Mr. Phils, but im joining Novice Category which means beginners. but anywayz, people always assume if you workout really hard esp ur abs, and still ask why man wala pa ako abs, then ill ask my clients, unsa man imo gipang-kaon nga foods?

    one client told me "Lucky Me", toink! some said "baboy pero unod ra" toink!

    i always tell my clients nga to have a really good body including nana abs, you must sacrifice the taste of the food but not the quantity. Minimize your Salt and Sugar intake. Mao lagi kaon chicken, pero gisawsaw sa suka, patis, ug asin. nag Grilled fish or beef, pero gibutangan ug ketchup, still useless.

    for you to have great body esp abs, balance exercise and eat Good Protein, Complex Carbs, less salt less sugar. Every Ab exercise are effective.

    For me, i do 3000 reps, i divide my ab exercise for the wholeday. When i wake up I do 400 reps, ab crunch, 200 leg raise. so nanako 600 in the morning.

    when i go the gym, i usually do 2000 reps, divide into 4 to 6 ab exercises. Hanging bent leg raise, torso twist, ab machine, lying side obliques, standing cable pull down, sitted ab crunch. In the evening i do 400 ab crunch.

    My program is extreme, so i dont recommend this to people who just started. but if you want, try it, with PROPER DIET. and you'll see. Hope this helps. If you wanna see me pic with abs, gai ko email ninyo then ill send it.

    murag diet & cardio ang pinaka important to get abs. u need to lose ur fat so ur ab muscles can appear

    ok ra man siguro if mokaon baboy basta counter it with enough exercise to burn the fats. i eat a lot of siomai, mga silog meals, drink softdrinks at times, and even drink beer yet still have six pack

    i jog early in the morning (start around 4:30), lift some weights when i go home, then in the afternoon, training (mostly cardio).

    "Ang mga ginadili maoy lami" - steam rice, siomai, tocino, lasagna, spaghetti, lechon, etc...r u willing to turn your back to those food? come on...lami jud ang life specially because of the great food that we enjoy..f u want abs, seriously, u have to quit ur day job and live in the gym..lyk me na dili gifted, it took me almost 2 years to get a defined abs and about 6 months to loose it.. i have no regrets coz contented na ko sa akong life...although getting abs back is one of my goals but not really my priority as of now.
