I hope you can understand the situation. Your friend is 18 years old. He was the one that started harassing me about 2 months ago. Calling myself and my secretary with threats.


My company has been doing research on the products being sold in Manila.
We traced them here also in Cebu.


We even bought 6 electronic cigarettes from GLENNSMERCHANDISE to compare the products. To the one's being sold in Manila. THEY ARE THE SAME.


You are completely wrong in saying there is a manufacturer in Manila. It is about 3-5 people who are receiving EXPIRED/DEFECTIVE/HAZARDOUS products.


My company has spent daghan kwarta already doing research. We have no need to lie about this.


I gave Glenn Yu an option to stop selling the electronic cigarettes and would allow him to sell his stun guns. He declined. and again made more threats.
I caught him on many lies about his product as well during our phone calls.

Again, we are not after or never have been after Glenn Yu. We are after the people in Manila selling defective products. He made this personal when he started harassing myself and my workers.

Do not take this as a threat but if you will sell his products. My company will include you in this law suit. Sir Lyndon, do not take apart of this. We offered your friend an option to stop selling the defective products. And he declined. Please really think about the problems in your future if you are joined in this law suit.


If you continue to sell the products and we find out you are selling the defective,expired products - I apologize in advance that we will have to include in you this law suit.

Also, like I told Glenn Yu. If you end up buying REAL and NEW electronic cigarettes. Then obviously I can't do anything about it. And good luck in your sales.


If you HONESTLY think you can buy authentic electronic cigarettes from Manila than I'm not sure what to tell you.

GLENNSMERCHANDISE would copy my information. and change his information. All he was doing was originally copying from the SELLER in Manila.

Why would you need to create a new account and pretend to be a buyer of the product if you have nothing to lie about?


I am sure as well as many others in the Philippines are fully aware of the "TABOO" that happens with merchandise.

People in China manufacture defective materials, expired materials, merchandise that is not allowed to be sold. Then they ship it to the Philippines at a discounted price dba?

Filipino people are unaware that these products are illegal to be sold but sell it anyway. Even if it is hazardous to your health.


My associates are from America. They have spent a lot of money on private investigators here in the Philippines.

They were hired for Manila City, Calcoocan, Makati, Davao, Baguio, Pasay, Pasig, Etc Etc.

We also hired them for Glenn Yu.

Your friend is taking this law suit as a joke. My advice to you is not to get involved.

A lot of people have been asking me if I can get the "LEO" model available with DEKANG refill juices.

Yes I can. I can also get you the newest 2011 packaging for it. I just don't believe there is a market "yet" here in the Philippines.

People like to compare my model electronic cigarettes to the ones you pay 4000 to 10000 PHP for.
But quite honestly. They are all the same. Sooner or later you WILL have to change the battery and atomizer on the LEO and it is MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE.

All electronic cigarettes are the same. The difference is the engine of the atomizier and the battery life.
People in the United States and Europe DO buy the Leo/Joye/510/ etc etc models. But please do not compare the US/EUROPE to the Philippines. Not everyone can afford to buy those products.

Please do your own research before purchasing an electronic cigarette. there are MANY types of classes/models.


The one I am currently selling is one of the most basic models. It is affordable. And it works. Don't be tricked into reading one review. Read as many as you can.

I just came back from America and the TOP SELLING model is the 510. And it costs about almost 5000 PHP for the basic starter kit. The refills are cost 600 PHP for a pack of 5. Cases are 700 PHP [ NO ECIG INCLUDED ]


To get to the point - I just got the "go ahead" from my associates and we will be introducing a "NEW" 510 model that is UNAVAILABLE ANYWHERE in the PHILIPPINES. Guaranteed that it has not arrived in Manila yet.

The new 510 model my company has created has put together the system of the EGO/EGO-T into a "REGULAR" looking cigarette.

and as far as the kaso goes. i'm sure everyone can understand why. it's business as well as health reasons.

the situation in our company is that in 2008-2009 just like any electronic company there are ones that do not pass the test.

we found out in 2010 and 2011 there was operations assistant who took these cigarettes that were not allowed to be sold then made himself stickers that say "2011" and put them on these products. this person as well as his accomplices have been selling them here in the Philippines

unya ang problem kron is that people from outside of Manila are buying these products and selling them for retail prices. so imagine ana. the products are old. defective. surplus. and completely hazardous to your health. especially ang refills.

not only is it a business issue it is also a health issue. glennsmerchandise is an 18 year old college student pretending to sell authentic items and proclaiming himself as an actual distributor.



there is a big difference than the ones i am selling and the ones you can find from manila for 100-150 php.

you can also tell the difference than the ones being sold in lighters galore.

I have purchased 1 e-cig from this guy and so far so good.

I don't have any comments about this defective products, buy them if you want. Just be wary about your health. Clearly what Mr. jae.tiu is pointing out is just be careful with your health and concern for his fellow citizens. This is not a toy that you can just play with.

By the way sir, the case is so cool. Now I can really enjoy my e-cig and not worry that it'll break when tucked in my pants or get lost.

i had it made for chain smokers. it can fit 5 refills if you count the one attached to the e cigarette already.
my next case will have

- 1 e cigarette
- 1 battery
- 1 usb
- 3 refills

well hopefully at least. still working out the design. i find my self travelling a lot lately and i end up chain smoking my e-cigarette and get low batt fast [ 2 hours straight on a new refill ] then i tend to look for a real cigarette.

just so everyone knows. pwede mg smoke imung e-cig bisag asa.....except in the airplanes. found this out a month or two ago. they even have signs that it isn't allowed =(

but hey. 13 years of smoking ko. 2-3 packs per day. kron maybe 1-5 sticks. it's a start dba? hehe.
