1.) Flat Barbell Press - Pumps my entire pecs like hell!
2.) Dumbbell Shoulder Press - STILL the best compound exercise for my Shoulders
3.) Biceps/Triceps - Once you properly pump these muscles you'll go out of the gym with a feeling like you have two bazooka hanging by your shoulders! Wheeeeew!![]()
