Indonesia will remain fractured and divided; their geography and history show that the government finds it very difficult to assert control over the entire country. They have 33 provinces, with five of them having "special status" (similar to the ARMM here), and countless ethnic, religious, and linguistic groups. They are plagued with several separatist movements, and these movements aren't going away anytime soon.

They may be the largest ASEAN economy, but they're also the ASEAN's largest basketcase (with our country closely following second place).

First kinsa man ang gitabangan sa US? Dictator!

A good read about Libya and Col. Moammar Qaddafi.

How come a Colonel and why not a General became a dictator? Is he really a dictator?

Democracy should be the right of every human being. What justification can there be for one person or family ruling a country forever? Despots around the world should recognize that times are changing and give their citizens the basic rights and freedoms which most of us take for granted.
