NON-MEMBER, CAN OR CANNOT BUY THE PIZZAS: no, they WILL ask for the membership card when you are about to order.. look for friends who are members, be with them when they go or maybe you could borrow their card.. mkuyog ko bsta bangkahan ko'g pizza (1 slice ra gud, payts nah!), fries n unli drinks! oh and bailey's ganache sd, 1 box, payts nah! hehe

S&R is a welcome addition to the retail industry here in Cebu. It's about time we get to experience this kind of shopping. Though the membership fee might seem high, the savings we get from their pizzas and unlimited soda alone is worth the drive to Mandaue.

It's great to have another option to shop and dine.

For those you haven't been there, it's right next to CDU at the North Reclamation Area. You can't miss it!

Pizza was great. chicken bake roll and beef superb Fries taste like Macdonalds only bigger ( thicker and longer.) Burger - mao mao ra sa flameit.

Try the beef bake roll, the beef is from australia. It's huge and packed with lots of beef & cheese. Ask the cashier to slice it in 4. That's what we do when go there to have lunch. Worth the price, could hardly finish it.
