    They are outsourcing people from Programmers, VAs, SEOs, including call center agents, voice and non-voice.

    I almost fell off my chair when I read your post. seems you need to try wearing your manager's shoes to realize some things are there for critical consequences.
    Companies always prioritize its business and profit and NOT always prioritize employee happiness. If they would, im sure they are not gaining well.
    Employees have high demands to make themselves happy. Usually, companies can't provide everything employees want.
    The last time I checked, depende mn na sa management ang pg-implement sa house rules, dli mn mg-depende sa kung kinsa nga "management" daw nga naga-post sa istorya.net .. Besides, Wala time among parents discuss ug rules oi, unsa mi nanarbaho sa amo?hahaha...poor mi, kailangan sa among parents maningkakay para pakaon sa amo, we lived against all odds to survive even w/o our parents but im happy, i get to realize how tough life can be and how beautiful it is, i realized there is more to life than judging people and closing your mind to reasons. Dli ko mo-apply dnha sa imong company oi kay mura mn ka ug c Ms. Minchin..if guy ka, Mr. Minchin! Dili d-i ninyo priority ang work satisfaction sa employees ninyo? robot na n-u mga employees d-i?murag taw2x sa basak! sulod lng, take calls then break 15 mins., smoke, eat lunch 1 hour then uli? so you dont care if your employees feel comfortable working, are they not being neglected? hmmm... im glad u r not my manager...am so damn happy

    1st let me clarify. When I said "IM IN THE MANAGEMENT" I could either be a team lead, trainer, QA, Supervisor, manager etc but not an agent. haskang pagka igno.

    When I also said "your parents didnt teach you how to abide rules" I didnt mean company rules but how you follow rules around you. it seems limited imong understanding. Judging people? I didnt judge you but you made me realize what person you are base on your posts and nothing but your posts. When you said I'm ms minchin, arent you judging me superficially?
    You are simply not getting my point. I said abide house rules. I didnt say make your life miserable because you are following it. Look at JP Morgans. they have strict rules and all but they are happy with their job. Look how they dress and how management has imposed the rules.
    You will never become my subordinate coz we never neglect our duties and responsibilities in the management. We impose strict rules and we discipline employees with bad attitude.
