Authentic Peking Duck tastes nothing like chicken.....basin manok tingali toh imong gikaon...

I look forward to a Peking duck outlet, but if you are making authentic Peking Duck, then the cost would be really high because of the cooking style and preparation. Roasted duck would be fine, but don't make the mistake of promoting or mislabeling roasted duck as authentic Peking duck.
