    unya plus pa jud ang mga hormones na secrete sa imo brain during times of "intense physical and emotional pleasure" which keeps your blood pumping and your muscles burning.

    all in all, this will lead to higher metabolism and an overall effect of well-being.

    not necessarily.. after a strenous activity, ur body's metabolism is high for hours even if matulog ka after... not to mention, when you sleep, you won't be able to eat so not necessarily mu gain ug weight ka..
