    Just like to share my experience with this company.

    The main difference between etel and stream are the payschemes.
    Etel - they pay you every 15th and 30th on every month. has quarterly bonus depending on the performance. If gamay performance gamay ang bonus the opposite if dako ang performance. Quarterly promotion as long maka pasar sa metrics.

    Stream - they take away the quarterly bonus but added an average of 3k to the basic monthly pay. depending if dako ang average quarterly bonus based on last 2 quarters before streams take pver. dako pud ang i add sa basic. But an average of 3k increase to basic among agents.

    In the etel times your quarterly bonus was dependent on your metric scores but when stream comes in the quarterly bonus has become constant and divided to 3 then added to your monthly pay. The thing here is that with etel you have to perform really hard in order to get that juicy quarterly bonus since its based on metric scores but in stream you dont have to perform since your bonus is constant and its not based on metrics anymore. So in stream its more laxed since even when performing or not you would still get the same bonus but the disadvantage is that you would just get the average bonus not have the possibility of getting the maximum bonus with etel.

    Also with stream the pay is every 2 weeks (every other friday)so it looks like its really smaller compared etel style which is every 15th and 30th. with etel the pay is based on 15 days work day but in stream its only based on 10 day work days (2 week average days). However in stream the pay is more frequent and there are times that there are 3 paydays in a month.

    So its more or less the same with etel and stream but the biggest difference between both management is the promotion methods. This is where the big difference is. With etel you get promoted every quarter based purely on metrics which is quite easy to attain. With stream they abolished this method changed the promo time to every 6months and promotion is not based on performance but in politics. with stream you have to be a management jester to get promoted rather than performing your job well.
    This very reason why most agents left but if you think about it its a good reason.
    but if you ask me i would just rather stay here since there are no other call centers that offer higher than my current company.

    In a way Etel was too generous with quarterly promotion plus bonus and stream took away this method of pay system and replaced with a more lower rates with the new system basing on other call center rates. But even taking away all these benefits from etel if you compare streams salary with other call centers still stream is a bit higher.
