HARRY POTTER and THE _____________________________?


Now that the 6th book comes out already, I hope we now have some better ideas about the 7th. What you know about the 7th book? Post it here. And what do you think is the possible titles or even the excat title for the last book? Post your guess here... gudluck...

There have been numerous rumors already about the 7th and the last installment of the Harry Potter series. To start with, here are rumoured titles:

Harry Potter and the Forest of Shadows
Harry Potter and the Fortress of Shadows
Harry Potter and the Chariot of Light

In the Today Show where J.K. Rowling was interviewed, she said that she has already finished writing the last chapter of the book and it supposed to have a very dark ending (then what's taking her so long to release it?).

As expected, there will be numerous twists in the book (i personally think that Rowling is good at this). Among the rumoured twists is that Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy will overcome their differences and will fight side by side against the evil forces of Voldemort.

Amid Harry Potter's fear that he has Slytherin connection, it will be finally revealed in the last book that he is indeed the heir of Godric Gryffindor.

A huge part of the book will reveal important information about Harry's mother, Lily Potter. It is said to shock the readers. It will also reveal the importance of Harry's green eyes. If you guys and gals could still remember that everyone who gets to initially meet Harry will always get to complement his green eyes which he got from his mother.

Another rumor is that Severus Snape will fall in love. As to with whom? Nobody could tell yet. This rumor came out when a kid innocently asked Rowling if Snape will ever fall in love. Rowling appeared to have said "yes" but then stopped. She said that she was extremely stunned with this question and that we will find out why in the last book.

But the most important rumor is that Harry Potter will defeat Lord Voldemort once and for all (he should or I'll burn my whole Harry Potter hardbound books and DVDs)

Rowling has denied two rumoured titles: Harry Potter and the Fortress of Shadows and Harry Potter and the Forest of Shadows.

Rowling has revealed that she has already written the last chapter of this book, although she admitted she would probably have to change some of it. Information was provided about this on the show "Imagination : J. K. Rowling : Harry Potter and me" on BBC WORLD.
Rowling once stated in an older magazine article that the last word in this book will be "scar."
Rowling has stated that this book is almost like Part 2 of the sixth book, Half-Blood Prince, so may provide a direct continuation of the plot of that book.
Lupin will play a big part in this book, as will Lily's back-story.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione will be in their seventh and final year at Hogwarts, and will presumably be sitting their NEWT examinations at the end of the year.
A new Head Boy and Head Girl will be chosen from their year.
There will be a new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher.
Harry will "come of age" in the book (age 17) and will become an adult in the wizarding world. (Hermione will have turned 17 near the beginning, and Ron near the end, of the previous book.)

this is the most confusing hp installment ever.
i read it and when i finished i felt like i never read anything at all. just a huge big puzzle. i just dont understand dumbledore falling for somebody like snape. even harry can see through the man. why cant dumbledore? i used to hate snape when he's hassling harry and being such a prat, but at the same time, i feel he's harmless, cause dumbledore TRUSTED him, for no apparent reason, and like hagrid, i trusted dumbledore's judgment. i really dont get this. i dont get any of it. and what's more irritating is the oh-so-pointless way he died. who's this r.a.b. person anyway? why did he have to be such an upstart and steal the thunder from dumbledore? i hate him.
