Liloan is becoming the residential hub of the north as it is very friendly to the developers.
Cheap lots, and a govt that's very supportive to residential devt.

As im really not familiar w/ liloan projects.
Since I have concentrated more in the metropolis projects. (Cebu City, Mactan & Talisay City)
There are 3 General Steps bro:
1. Get connected to a legitimate real estate firm.
2. BE EQUIPPED. Attend required trainings & get updated informations .
-Take comprehensive trainings. The shortest training period should be at least 30 consecutive days of trainings & exposures to at least know the basics)
3. BE LICENSED. Get registered at DTI & HLURB..ask your broker about it.
-cost u at least 2,000+
PS:
Before going into RE, make sure u really fee like going into it.
It's not just about money.
People in RE are exceptional people.
Be ready emotionally, intellectually, physically & financially.
Many died out along the road.
EMOTIONALLY - U should be able to bear discouragements. failures & pressures
INTELLECTUAL - RE is for those w/ "diskarte" in all sorts
PHYSICALLY - U need to endure w/ physically-demanding marketing activities so u need to be fit
FINANCIALLY- make sure there's a back-up supply when 'famine' will come.
