    depende sad sa company nga gi.applayan.... kung bukot-bukot ra nga company imo giapplyan- ok ra ang bukot-bukot nga grades... if ngilngig sad nga company- kailangan ngilngig sad ug grades... your abilities, intellect, character, diskarte will reflect on your grades man gud..

    Kay during first screening, ang bases (plural of basis) sa mga recruiters are your resume and transcript.
    Mas hatagan nila ug priority ang humot ug resume ug walay failing marks.

    sa diskarte na daugon.. wala koy hagbung sa transcript nako, pero kadaghan ko nahagbong sa interview.. pasar ko kasagaran sa test.. pero sa interview hagbong.. kadaghan ko wala dawata og trabaho.

    bisdak man gud kaayo ko.. hehehe

    pag ininglis gyud mo og maayo inig interview kay dawaton gyud mo with matching borit...

    mao pud siguro ni nakadaot sa ato dinhi no.. kay ngano mag ininglis diay ta kung magtrabaho ta, gawas lang cguro kung call center ang trabahoan...

    I think bati kaayo ni na style.. daghan kaayo ta mga skilled na tao, pero dili matagaan og chance kay di kaayo kamao mo inglis.. for instance I have a friend who is really good, kaso lang bakekang kaayo og tinubagan sa interview.. permi pud siya gi reject..

    sayangan ko ato bataa, kay kung nakahibaw lang gyud ang companiya sa iya abilidad, di gyud sila magmahay..
