I still work in this company but as a career? Hell no. Di ko ka blame sa mga ni resign because they are right and they made the right decision, like I said it's a BPO if you want a more stable and fulfilling job go find something else but if you want something just for the heck of it why not try here. It's true na taas ang employee turn over which isn't really a good indication of the company's treatment of its employees. As for us who were left, it's a choice we've made and we've learned to adapt. I'm just waiting until I get tired of taking the same crap or June come's so I can go back to school again, whichever comes first.
