Hala! basin makahibaw ko ana inig start na sa training jud. really? saun jud? ask daw sa imo bf, is it chat/email support like non-voice cia nga dli pareha sa uban account nga you will attend their concerns by talking to them over the phone? what to prepare?hehehe!sori daghan questions. This is my first time to work in a call center, so I really dunno what to prepare..

ako para training na ta ko sa Microsoft na account last September la ko nidayon kay masangit nya ko sa ako TOR..third year nako 2nd sem pero na ko subject sa 2nd year gud.. hehe

hi! start nko training on Nov.3, next Monday sa Convergys; comcast ako account..ok ra ba? dli ra lisod? pero I think lisodan guro ko ky lau au sa ako course man gud. I am a nurse so medyo dli au ko khbaw mga technical issues pero i-train man di ba? kuwayan man sad ko ani oi!hehehe!!what can u say about the training?

comcast ko and amo rang wave ang pinakagamay og laki, 3.5 out of 18 among boys... nya ang mga nursing girls ang mga nguna sa line sa stats namo.
