actually bro... wala ni xa sugar. in fact, diabetics can take this. my dad is a diabetic. ako jud mismo ang mucheck sa iyang blood sugar. ako jud gcompare kadto b4 he drank renefx and after/while drinking renefx.

it depends on what flavor you drink... pine orange and pineapple are kinda okey (not dat soo sweet)...i usually drink 1bottle of 330ml every after meal.. it's cool coz i think it boost my metabolism... maybe because of L-carnitine content which really works for me....
