Ambot ug naka take off bah

dili na siguro ma approvan bai kay naa naman ang ICAC. If someone there mag start ug laing association with free membership. Dili kaincome ang mga taas ang bulsa sa city hall. Plus, dili gihapon kahimo ug association kay kinahanglan cafe owners ang mag start and before ka ka operate sa cafe, you have to be an ICAC member.

wow. so ICAC is really a business ha? Kung walay dues unsa may ibayad. Wow. I printed a copy for the record ra. 100% of non-profit non-stock organization get their funds either from donations or fund raising project. Even the membership is NOT compulsory. Haha, now we know what ICAC means,Â* business. Ilad Cafe Assocation of Cebu. Haha!
ICAC members are all businessman, mao na terman na lng ug business group. but officially, it's not a business group just like jaycess ug uban pang association.

Honestly, ICAC is really Ilad. I wonder why this became a city ordinance. I really dont get the point why there have toÂ* be ICAC and Internet Cafe owners has to be a member of ICAC. From their website, it doesnt say anything about the 3k membership fee (non-refundable non consumable) and 500 annual. Where is that in that city ordinance. Isn't it fair lang that those fees should be non-compulsery? Murag Holdaper dah ang ICAC officers. Kay inig open sa new Icafe's, ICAC will say, 3k and 500 or no permit? Haha. Plain and simple.
city oird clearly stated, to be a member of any internet cafe association or ICAC.

ask the city why isuch ordinance have been created for icac is not the author of ord 1901.

sila mana sa city hall siguro ang nagsabot sabot. Ehemz alamz na. Kay aron puno ang bulsa inig kahuman ma approve sa city hall. Imagine ha, 3000 membership fee. For 100,000 members since ICAC started, wow that amazingly 3 million pesos. Murag nakakasilaw noh? Haha. Plus pa na nga 500 per year. Why ka ha nga non profit organization nga nahimong city ordinance? Its like having a chess club or assocation of chess, nga dapat tanan nga kabalo mag chess, mag bayad ug membership fee sa chess club kay city ordinance naman. Haha!
now, you are also accusing city hall.

puno ang bulsa? wow, how i wish i was an officer but sad to say, buslot noon ila bulsa sa ubang bayronon.

3m? wow! a big wow! asa ka nakakuha ana nga figure?

wow man, you are too far from the topic. You are talking about Succor Hospital. It is a hospital, not association. No hospital is member under Perpetual Succor Hospital.
i admit, i maybe wrong here.

but you can co-relate on some issues of being a non profit.

if you want a closer comparison, try cebu jaycess. they do have membership fee ang annual dues. and they are non profit.

the issue in this particular matter is regarding that of being a non profit org.

hey Im ragnarok player. Ayaw ipanghambog nga ICAC ang rason thats why misikat sila. So kinsa man ang mag benifit ana? ICAC members? Huh, kinsa may mudawat sa commissions? In the first place, sikat na na siya sa manila and they were starting to boom in cebu. Sikat sila not because of ICAC.
read again: in cebu, kinsa nag introduce sa ragnarok? kinsa nag reasearch sa MU? before na misikat. before na nahimo MU phils.

did i say, kinsa nagpasikat sa RO? i merely say, kinsa nag introduce sa RO dire sa Cebu. It was RO ang miduol msa icac dinhi lng sa cebu ha. patabang cla ug introduce sa ila game dinhi. and we did. we called a meeting with some mebers being able to attend. they then introduced andlectured us about their game. it was RO and OZ at that time. after that, we routed then info to all members. helping other icafes in the installation and introduction to would be players.

kon daghan na moduwa sa RO, asa man cla nag duwa? sa mga internet cafe. sa mga members, happy cla kay puno ila cafe bec of the game. as a result, dako ila kita.

it was possible that RO mosikat bisan wala ICAC. but the mere fact that they came to us for help in the introduction, ICAC has done what they have asked us to do.

kanang MU. naa na tuod mga pinoy gaduwa ana pero d pa na sikat before. icac introduce the game and we have had a free play without refund para mosikat ang duwa. and it was successful. wala pana ang mga private servers kaau ma discover, wala pa na ang mobius. pag skat sa MU dinhi sa cebu, dako kaau tabang sa mga icafe. kay at thata time, nangayo na bayad ang taga cpounter strike ug star craft.

wow! a big accusation sa mga taga city hall!

says who nga d ka pede mag himo? you can! maybe nagtuo mo nga gisayonan ra ang mga organizerz pag tukod ani. I think it started mga 7 of them lng. chip in chip in money to build ICAC kay mogasto ka sa mga requirements.
why do u think naa mga cafe association sa uban lugar? the only diff is that, ICAC is lucky enough nga g acknowledge sa city. but the creation of any internet cafe association is not only limited to ICAC. you can if u have to. but no one dares . . . dili baya lalim ang kahago sa mga officers nya wala sweldo or honorarium. mabiyaan pa ang negosyo kay naa importante nga meeting.

    guys! guys!

It was me who bring the "perpetual succor issue"

don't argue about it. but I was not comparing. i was just relating some points, but anyway, those are far beyond our discussion.

officer can render voluntary works for voluntary no. of voluntary hours.

a secretary who work full time basis can't render such as voluntary. wala mosugot ana. donations from diff bus establishment usually come with a prize. except for religious or civic org. but one way or another, they get a prize.

yes, its also true that nobody asked them to create ICAC. but if they didn't create ICAC, they already closed their cafes for i think 80 to 90% of icafes are located within a school.

and if that killer provision mentioned oin the previous post have existed until now, bisan sa SM walay intrnet cafe nga matokod. d ba naa man school sulod sa SM? hehehe naa bato? murag naa man to. basin nasayop ra sad ko, wala naman gud ko kalakawlakaw ron.

basin inyo nasad i compare sa mga bikini bars near sa school nga they should not be there but they have been there all these years.

    wow!

many have been accusing ICAC of doing bad things or ICAC being not a good org.

Many questioned what is ICAC and what has ICAC have done to the iternet cafe industry?

well, some concerned icac members have given their points and answers.

now, let me ask all of you who are against ICAC, including beorific, the admin himself accusing icac of being useless:

    1) what have you done in the internet cafe industry?

    2) where were you 6 or 7 years ago when that killer provision was about to be launch?

    3) what mistake did icac do to non internet cafe operators?

    4) why are you belittling the integrity of the officers?

    5) why are you insulting ICAC as a whole when ICAC was just doing what other internet café associations are doing, only that ICAC is more organized and was being recognized by the city council.

but for bussiness group like icac. nga officers and member's busy man pud sa ilahang mga negosyo.

Business? Show me an organization that don't have these:
    1. Secretary
    2. Attorney's fees
    2. Telephone bills
    4. Electric bills
    5. Office supplies

and I'll show you a real fly by night organization. Btw, space rentals are not paid by the organization because we used to have an Office in TESDA which was free and now it's hosted in one of the Director's cafe for FREE still. Transpo is not even an issue because we pay for our own fare and gasoline if you must know. Print as many copies as you want. For whatever it's gonna do for you. Better yet laminate it and post it on your wall. you're so funny i forgot to laugh

Would you rather that we make the ICAC membership a requirement for all Internet Cafe in Cebu? Complain naman gani ka nga voluntary ra unsa na kaha kung dili. Tawagon nasad mi nimo nga MAFIA? Get real, be consistent. get a life...
