Topic topic, hmmm, oh! Favourite character? Whos your favourite character of the series? Mines Kurapika, Kuroro and Killua. Hisoka creeps me out

Oh and isnt the NEN power system cool? Its so intricately designed by Mr. Togashi. :mrgreen:

though I've only watched the anime series-- my favorite character is Kurapika-- I so like the revenge angle against the Spiders, pitiful it wasn't as well played out as I hoped. Would have really wanted the uniquely gifted Kurapika to seek each and every Spider and warrant some divine justice, and wouldn't it been just cool to witness an ultimate battle between Kurapika and the Spider Leader who is also a Scheme Hunter?

The manga is still ongoing, although at the moment its not focused on Kurapika yet. Though the Ryodan do make an appearance, sort of a filler for the time skip, were they show their very impressive abilities especially Feitan. The current arc, as I said, isnt on Kurapikas yet but on Gon and Killuas, a continuation of their trip after Greed Island. The arc IMO mainly focuses in getting the two brats more stronger, probabyl to make them more usefull, battle-wise, when they get set to face the Ryodan again. And I think they are quite prepared this time to take most of the Ryodan head-on, especially Killua.

I liked how Kurapikas revenge arc played out though, even if it wasnt immediately finished with the death of Kuroro. We got to see some very interesting characters, the Ryodan, Kurapikas ability, the Zoldicks, the Underworld of the HXH world and like some DeathNote mind games between the Ryodan, Kurapikas and co. and Hisoka. It was awesome! And the Kuroro vs. Hisoka teaser in the end was really kewl!

And about the Scheme Hunter, I dont think there is such a title, its probably just a title Hisoka jokingly refers to Kuroro. In the manga its translated to Skill Hunter, meh the same.

Speaking of anime, I didnt like how the animators did the GI OVAs, it looked like it was done using Macromedia Flash! Like WTF?!

is it really still on-going?? because i've watched until the end of gon and killua's greed island adventure wherein they smuggled a card out to get to gon's dad...and that's it.. ..what episode is it already?

I only completed the whole greed island adventure. But I missed the spider encounter with kurapika.... Kinsa naa episodes ani where ta ka download?
