wrong logic ...ky ngano ang license imo man gi weight over the character of Jan2x. as i've said over & over again, the character and personal traits of the patient is OUT OF THE QUESTION...The license is supposed to be weighed over the CODE OF ETHICS if they violated it or not.

and wrong term "trade"... a doctors license is not a trading item for a patient's character...bsan criminal pa na bro... License is given to you as a PRIVILEGE to practice what you do, ma doctor ka, nurse ka, abogado ka, or ma engineer ka...

Once you violated the provisions as stated in your "privilege", a doctor's license could be "revoked" as accorded by law...

Just like your ordinary drivers license, it is a given privilege for you to drive a vehicle. A violation means you pay penalty or fine. worst case is revocation.

So to speak, kung drivers license pa na bro, when u become reckless, nya say, nka bangga ka ug pobre nga bayot nya nabalian, do u think it's not justifiable to revoke your license ky bayot ra btaw na? WoW!

Let us also say that the erring doctors are saving lives as compared to a nobody like Jan2x. And let's just say we compare it to the reckless driver who could also be a policeman (life-saver) at the same time. Does it change your violation?

AND FINALLY, IMHO, dili gyud na mkatabang sa Pilipinas ang buang nga doctor...

no i don't know accurately, but based on my common knowledge, grave misconduct is violation of the standard codes of conduct and ethical behavior. This canister scandal is one best example.

malpractice on the other hand, is an act or omission by a health care provider which deviates from accepted standards of practice in the medical community and which causes injury to the patient. Simply put, medical malpractice is professional negligence (by a healthcare provider) that causes an injury.

...im sure they both have each respective penalties but it is not the point im getting across...THE PATIENT'S character, personality, gender is out of the question...

Penalties be it some sort of suspension, or worse revocation of license, it is up to the DOH or Ombud to decide...

as iv'e mentioned, a revocation is ABSOLUTELY not based on the character or personality of the patient, but how grave they have violated the provisions of their license as a privilege...simple as that.

Bilib ko kung matangtangan ug licensya ang mga doctors, but i think not for these reasons:

1] The government needs these doctors. However unprofessional they may be, they obviously were not incompetent.

2] Majority of the people are still homophobic. Possibly even the people who will hear this case.

3] These doctors somehow come from influential if not prominent families, so they are more "connected" than JanJan. And in this country, that counts a lot.

4] JanJan is a nobody who intentionally put himself in that circumstance regardless of sexual orientation. Just like a prostitute crying rape.


The numbers are really not with JanJan despite what happened to him. I am just being realistic.

Personally, I think JanJan is a liar and not a saint himself. I don't believe that the callboy inserted the canister while he was unconscious. I mean what is the motive and what are the chances? Motuo pa tingali ko that it was done with his consent and eventually became unconscious. Then probably the callboy panicked and left him bitter and cold.

With these being said, for me, regardless of his sexual orientation he was ridiculed at not primarily because he was gay but because of his LUSTFUL STUPIDITY and now he wants 6 MILLION PESOS? For me, he doesn't deserve jack. Let the courts find and the media feast on that guy who stuffed him first, before they even condemn these doctors.

But then again that callboy is a nobody therefore the media is not interested in him. If that is the way things are perceived, then let these doctors use their influences as well because it is also their prerogative to do so.
