oki ra bai. kadonate gani ko nga gkan ko ug duty 7-3 nya duwa 4-6. 7pm ko gkuhaan ug dugo. at least 4 hours no food intake man. pero nagbaon ko ug chips ahoy ug gatorade gyud. kung wala pa to pwerting luyaha unta nako
