funny thing is we judged the doctors however *****ic their actions may be, we never judged the victim. just like a prostitute crying rape.

on the other hand, janjan DOES NOT DESERVE to be compensated with moral damages either. if mao ni, tanan tawo nga baga ug nawong magpabinuang na lang para maka kwarta which will become a precedent.

The point is not the venue which is a public hospital or mas behave sila tungod kay public hospital . The issue here is the UNETHICAL and UNPROFFESIONALISM displayed by these supposed to be LIFE SAVER PROFFESIONALS .

Tungod sa usa ka tao na ni upload , nabuking nuon na these doctors are very unproffesional simply and obviously by allowing someone to document something for the mere reason of HUMILATION .

undeniably and it is beyond arguement that naa gyud sayop ang mga doctors pero dili ra ilang sayop and the possible punishment does not justify anything. what i am just trying to point out now is considering what they did, it would happen to almost anybody considering the circumstance. in the video, majority gyud if not tanan ang nagbinuang.

if ako ang doctor bisan pa ug tarong ko nga tawo, gibutang atong nga oras, lugar og sitwasyon mahitabo sad siguro to nako. mao ra ni akong buot i-point out sa mga tawo diri. it could have happened to the most honest, rational, straight, unbiased person we know. some people probably does not know the REAL scenario in a government hospital.

i would even bet that if that happened here in the U.S. considering how liberated this country is on homsexuality, that guy would still get some amount of ridicule, minus the video and youtube of course. people say that they are not biased or prejudice but the thing is, they JUST SAY IT.

I agree with that , pero mao lage mo apply " WHAT HAPPENS INSIDE THE ROOM REMAINS INSIDE THE ROOM" scenario pod bisan ako pa ang doctor . Buhakhak taman s aginhawa basta human na ang procedure , basta safe na ang pasyente basta wala pa nakamata lang etc but ALLOWING someone record it , tape it and document it for UNKNOWN PURPOSES hits the mark . Doctor gud na sila , ilahang badlungon na its not right to record , tape and document it unless naay waiver , ayko ingna mas naay authority na karon ang mga STUDENT NURSES sa mga PHYSICIANS ?

mao to ang sayop kay nag ki-at lang ilang nawong but then again, stripping their licenses is too much a punishment but that's just my opinion. si dr. potenciano larrazabal man gani, tag-iya sa cebu doc, suspended ra nga ni pirma ug death certificate for a very controversial death kay gi murder man daw to ang biktima.

It depends who views the punishment to acknowledge it as harsh or merisi . I for one looks at it in a personal way na para nako justifiable is :

- suspended sa hospital for 3 months with no pay
- under conduct evaluation for a year sa hospital
- not allowed to conduct surgeries for 6 months
- ma lift ang suspension based sa 1 year na probabtion


Para ako lang na which I think is not really that HARSH but enough for them to rethink and revalue that they are DOCTORS . ANg mga nurses for sure LUWAS na to sila , dili man gyud ta to mahitabo if for not the DOCTORS who should have did their share of responsibility of " PREVENTIVE MEDICINE " ( no pun intended ) .
