1.)what do you think is the coolest feature here in istorya nga wala sa uban vbulletin forums?

2.)do you still remember the first person/name you banned? and what was the violation?

3.)if its ok to you to divulge info... I've known moderators that got demoted... what were mostly the reasons?

4.) Can you give us the rough estimate of the amount you already spent for this forum? if you can sum them all the better....

5.)Given a circumstance... someone would like to buy the whole istorya.net what would be the grounds for you to sell it? and if you're going to sell it, how much do you think is the value of this entire forum?

2.Sir, Why is that we can't drop links(bisag dili spammer ang mo drop) or no signature for that matter and whats your reason?
3.Is vern your close friend or just a business associate for this site?If close mo, how close are you?
4.What's the most important thing that you might (say powerful and necessity) to increase your business?
5.How can you release negative vibes in your body to sustain life and avoid misery?

1) There isn't a feature that I can single out that is unique to iSTORYA.NET. But I can tell you that what makes us cool is our small geography and the aims and goals of the community in general.

2) Nope. It is most likely due to disrespecting a fellow iSTORYAn.

3) There can be a lot of reasons. Let's just leave it at that.

4) It is pretty hard to come up with a figure. Just do a rough estimate, 9 years of leasing dedicated servers, buying software, and the time spent maintaining it. I'd say it's a pretty good amount.

5) I would assume people are interested to buy it because of the geographical representation of the community, its size, and the amount of information contained within the site. If I were to sell iSTORYA.NET, the buyer must first possess the traits and capability to uphold the essence of iSTORYA.NET. By looking at the surface, I think it is safe to say that the site can be worth a couple of million pesos. For me, it's priceless.

1) Hmm... we will LOL ourselves to boredom. Seriously, it could be Photography or eating. We indulge ourselves in life's simple pleasures.

2) There are numerous reasons why we try to control "links". The major one is obviously spamming. As for signatures, they are distracting and take away from the user experience. Imagine reading a book with irrelevant content inserted after every few lines. Some also used it for malicious intent. So as a control measure and to give the users a better experience, we took it out. Platinum Members have it because they can be easily monitored.

3) Vern is a good buddy. He is the 1337357 of teh 1337z0r5.

4) Contrary to popular belief, iSTORYA.NET is not a business. I would love to see the day that it will have a "successful" business aspect attached to it, but in it's current standing it cannot be considered as one. Turning it into a business will kill the essence of its existence. To increase its reach and traffic, we'll just keep doing what we are doing.

5) I know you've heard this a million times but... "Think positive!"

2 . Soccer deserves a sub-forum here now that the Filipinos are slowly shifting towards this sport . Ya think ?
