IN AND OUT OF PRISON.. well my simple brain says those criminals still has the chance to change and repent for themselves..
That is really GODLY bai but we are discussing here CHROMIC CRIMINALS and not PETTY CRIMINALS . Now when we hear something from the news na V strikes back here and there , we are not so sure of it but what we are so sure of is " THEY ARE HUNTING DOWN CHROMIC CRIMINALS " .

oh by the way, if we simply rely on the news my simple brain says snatching the cellphone of your next door neighbor deserves death and politicians stealing millions of money still deserves to be in office..
It is easy to say that . Kurakot si lacson , PGMA , FPJ , Erap etc ... but it has to be proven in court . The criminals are all proven CRIMINALS already . BTW .... VIGILANTES arent that all EVIL ... they still have LOVE deep in their hearts becaue they SHARE the work to the Sparrow Units ... VIGILANTES are not selfish hehehe .

To all Pro-Vigilantes and Anti-Vigilantes People:

I believe that we should make ourselves clear. In view of the apparent breakdown of law and order, vigilantism may be the solution at the moment as crime suppression and prevention has not been effective or even inutile. Our citizenry has been at the mercy of this unbridled commission of street robs, jeepney heists, snatchings, etc.

There is an apparent breakdown of law and order which requires drastic measures to preclude exacerbation which may lead to chaos. Vigilantism will not solve lawlessness. But it will check it. I believe the aforesaid stop gap measure is most expedient and effective.

    BINGO!

In view our trust in the authorities' capability to protect us and implement the law has waned and in the light that our citizenry fear bringing their celfones on their bodies or even bringing some sum of money in their handbags (or even fearing that they are bringing too little money or jewelries when robbed, as this might just cost them their lives) some extra-judicial executions will save our "judicial system" from the burden of its utterly miserable failure to protect the innocent and punish the guilty. How can there be justice when the victims of crimes can not find redress or protection from the law?

We just hope this hiatus of disorder is shortlived. But if it continues indefinitely, then the citizenry has all the right to protect themselves.

That is the very core of the systems development. The solution lies to the PEOPLE / CITIZENS and not the " GOOD GOVERNMENT " transit . Wether good or bad , JUDICIAL PUNISHMENTS still will have its own flaws and loopholes no matter what .

SO what can the PEOPLE/CITIZENS do ? Voice out ? Be heard ? Realistic suggestions ? VIGILANTES ? Crime is part of the society we live in but we can make it weak and low in numbers .

So people again for the NTH time will shout to their last breath .... VIGILANTISM is a crime and VIGILANTES are CRIMINALS . Heres a simple formula and logic to remember :

VIGILANTES = hunts down CHRONIC CRIMINALS
CHRONIC CRIMINALS = hunts down INNOCENT CIVILIANS to include YOU .

The way I read your statement especially this line some snatchers really dont do it for thrill, they do it para naa sad silay mapa kaon sa ilang pamilya.. some robbers, after robbing a bank try to relocate and start a new life using their loot as "pera para bagong buhay"..... it seems like you're commeding these criminals. These people want an EASY WAY OUT OF POVERTY. Predators. Feeding off people who EARNS AN HONEST LIVING. There are many ways to get lift out of poverty, they just don't know where to look and are damn lazy. Just look around colon area, the sidewalk vendors, the water-vendor, the cigarette-vendors.... these are people living in poverty but they chose not to be criminals, they chose to work hard.....
Fing, I see your point, my only concern here is not all vigilante victims are criminals, I read an article once that a son was killed in front of his mother when all of his life he was never involved in a crime. How bout a 14 year old balut vendor who was shot for the reason only the shooter knows. How bout a laborer who got killed while working when the last time he went to jail was 6 years ago. How bout Joseph Estrada who falsified public documents in "Velarde Case, how bout an Arroyo in Pidal? How bour Eduardo Cojuangco in CocoLevy?? Is Jojo De La Victoria a criminal, obviously no.. but if OCampo was not caught, where will his killing be classified ??
My only point is our government is incompetent? Di ba lapas na man 72 hours and I havent read any progress in Damole's (the guy who was killed in Recle) case....Is Ouano concerned about this ?? now??
I agree with you in some points but the cause why we do have this V's is because theyre doing what a cop, a priest, and a judge can do...which for most of the time I really dont agree.
And Im in no way commending this criminals, but if we have a better standard of living in this country, If not for our corrupt leaders, If we could only find a hope to improve our poverty, I really dont think these criminals will result to this act...

The VIGILANTES strikes back . The MEDIA also strikes back ... we should by now know that they want money by selling their news . Of course they will RELATE everything to being a criminal by history , background and nature of death . Who knows he or she went to jail yesterday or 6 years ago , got out and was killed by someone thru personal vendetta " VIGILANTE STYLE " ?? Or the actual VIGILANTE itself then you are right but that has to be proven yet .

Kanang mo baws ta para atong pamilya or kaila , that is a way of " VIGILANTE ACTS " already which was stated that V's acts or any person doing some VIGILANTE ACTS because COPS and JUDGES are a failure . I dont know about the PRIEST .

OT: Bay Spring, About the priest, I read an an article twice which after the V shot the victim..he made a "sign of a cross" in front of the sprawling body and slowly walked back to the motorcycle...one of the incident ws winessed by a close friend.....

Fing, are you trying the qoute here that these politicians are having a "Vigilante Immunity" .. If these V's are concerned about reshuffling, Is this because theyre a part of it (basin ma reassign pud sila) ...
If this is so? arent the government providing quick fixes ..again... for the law enforcers' incompetence...

@ RADDIBOY ... saying after the V shot the victim makes me think do you know the suspect because you are sure of his membership in the vigilante group? Nevermind the priest bai ... they just want to say the last prayers , pasaylu-on pa diay sa Ginoo ang mga chronic criminals before entering Heaven .
