... in the first place, was there a breach of contract with the patient ?? In the video, did the doctors put the name of the patient or did they even mention the name of the patient ?? And not even one doctor's face was exposed nor the name of the hospital ... and, it was only JanJan arse that was seen, there was not a single second that janjan's face was seen. So, there was no concrete evidence, BASED ON THE VIDEO, that that was janjan and that was Vicente Hospital. Janjan only humiliated himself by stepping up and admitting to the public that it was him on that video, ( his arse to be specific ).

doc, there was a verbal agreement before the surgery that no video recording must be done.
from the moment they clicked on the "record button", they violated the right of the patient.

2 points of the issue.
1st: ethics
this is not about janjan per se.
it's was the act done by the unprofessional professionals.

2nd.humiliation
if it wasn't recorded, humiliation wouldn't be an issue.
