most likely cancel iya interest leaving for canada but since i presumed naka deposit or duna expense money cant be refunded completely.

Yup you are correct, I have to cancel our application since we are now here in Singapore and we would like to assess first our stay here and instead of making our account stagnant we would like if there's any interested here to have our account ( Pa uli-an ang among account). Don't get us wrong our account is not on processing yet since we are about to take ielts. It's not registered for processing and yes the agency will honor this as we have already consulted it with them. So no problem at all. ( For those interested, among pa uli-an ang among account with a discount.)
