Innocent until proven guilty brad.

Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat...Or do you honor "Trial by media" before the "trial by court of Justice"? We should demand that justice be served and to the full extent of justice, not vendettas. Two wrongs don't make a right. When the there has been due process and she is found guilty, let her serve the full extent of the law. When the full burden of proof is met then we can call her what you guys want to call her, lock her up--but until then, put away your torches and pitchforks. We are not a lynch mob.

yes correct innocent until proven guilty, mao nay pinakasakit sa tanan kay bisan klaro na kaayo ang corruption ni gloria, ug dili lang ni gloria, innocent gihapon sila.. much worse, pwede nila duwaan ang justice system..

i find it very amusing, the very good and respected lawyers of ERAP are now defending Gloria... what a life for the poor.. heheheheh

@butong, you sound like the DoJ, even if there's already a decision from the SC ( TOR ), they still won't believe and worst is, they even challenge the ruling of SC.

it's very hard to please the public

the SC admited that the TOR cannot be made into effect as GMA has not fulfilled the conditions for it to take effect.

so the DOJ did not defy the SC after all.
