Marilen Tronqued-Lagniton, spokesperson for St. Luke’s Medical Center, also said everything the government needed to know about Arroyo’s health condition is already in the medical abstract the hospital submitted to the family.

Lagniton said she believes Health Secretary Enrique Ona was given a copy of the medical abstract.

She said she could not discuss the medical abstract but she knows that “it’s the same with the medical bulletin” issued by Arroyo’s doctors to the media.

“We cannot just distribute that (medical abstract) to anyone. We have been very open about our bulletin. The doctors have explained beyond (their) normal statement,” Lagniton said.

I'm pretty sure they can't just release medical findings to the public. That would be violation of their Hippocratic oath. But they have released it to some people even within the administration, they just can't release it to the media, etc. Here's the latest on the medical condition:

Now it is still subject because these are apparently from St. Luke's physicians c/o Lambino. Last I heard is they (PMA) are doing a probe.

That statement alone gives a negative impact on our country's medical tourism.

At this time in the philippines i wish erap won the elections things like this would have never happened becuase erap is a soft hearted gentleman...Pnoy is such a Dork to allow all this things to spread out like wild fire into the public. he should have at least contained it with in the courts of justice and other concerned department and divert his attention to economic reforms that will provide people more job opportunities that will divert the attention of the people to the blooming economy not the chaotic economy of the Philippines. Atfer his term of office, he can only say "Hey I have nailed the arroyos, just like my mom nailed the marcoses"...

What I wished to imply ra unta ba is that we do not judge based on assumptions that aren't proven. I wasn't stating man pud na GMA isn't sick because that in itself is also an assumption.

I'm not really following this issue as I believe the ex-President has now reaped what she has sown in the past. Call me unbiased.

And I think that the neck braces, the wheelchair photos, and the mug shots that were "leaked" kunuhay was all just to make the sympathetic Filipino people pressure the Aquino administration to lift the travel ban.
