Wahahahah, flight?an indication of guilt? She had a year and a half to do so! That reasoning is so overused. The fact that Pnoy's administration only made the charges as Arroyo made a move to leave the country only shows the ineptitude of his administration. That is a clear sign that the administration is simply using Arroyo's name to deviate the public's attention, and that despite his promises to pursue justice with all the powers invested in his position, his administration is, in actuality, being passive about going after justice.

You forgot to mention the "truckloads of evidence" against Erap, even a brilliantly assembled defense panel would be ineffectual when faced with such damning evidence.. That time the "truckloads of evidence" actually came to surface...I'm not sure about the "truckloads of evidence" this time.
