    Thus, Sereno said, Marquez erred when he told reporters that the TRO remained in effect.

    She admonished Marquez: “The Court Administrator cum Acting Chief of the PIO is hereby advised to be careful not to go beyond his role in such offices, and that he has no authority to interpret any of our judicial issuances, including the present resolution, a function he never had from the beginning.”

    She also told the clerk of court to be more careful in certifying compliance with the high court’s conditions: “[I]t is hereby clarified that it is mandatory for the clerk of court to ensure that there is faithful compliance with all the conditions imposed in our Nov. 15, 2011 resolution, including our second condition, before issuing any certification that the compliance with the TRO has been made, and only then can the TRO become effective.”http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/97195/%...-on-sc-justice

    Nabisto nang tinuod nga baraha sa Korte Suprema. O kon di man sa tibuok institusyon, nilang Chief Justice Renato Corona, sa mayoriya sa mga mahistrado ug sa ilang tigpamaba. Di diay balido ang temporary restraining order (TRO) nga ilang giluwatan niadtong Martes sa gabii, nga maoy giwarawara ni kanhi presidente Gloria Arroyo aron unta makasibat ngadto sa gawas sa nasud.

    Salamat sa pagbabag ni Justice Secretary Leila De Lima, nahibaw-an nga giluwatan ang TRO bisan wa katuman si Arroyo sa usa sa tulo ka panginahanglan nga gipahamtang sa Korte Suprema sa iyang paglarga. Kon di pa tungod sa kaisog ni De Lima, makasibat unta si Arroyo tungod lang sa TRO nga gidalidali ug wa magkadimao.

    * * *

    Sa ato pa, absuwelto si De Lima. Kadto diayng kopya sa TRO nga gipamugos paghatag sa mensahero sa Korte Suprema ngadto sa nangandado nang buhatan sa Department of Justice (DOJ) niadtong Martes sa gabii, nga gibalik na sab nila paghatag pagka Miyerkules sa buntag, depektuso ug busa di balido.

    Unsa man karon ang kalapasan nga nahimo ni De Lima. Sagpaon ba gihapon siya og contempt sa wa pagtuman sa depektusong TRO? Multahan ug prisuhon ba gihapon ang taga Buro sa Imigrasyon nga niisnab sa TRO nga di balido?

    * * *
    Kinsay sad-an sa pagdalidali pagluwat og TRO bisan wa matuman ang ikaduhang kundisyon? Ang clerk of court sa Korte Suprema. Nga klarong nalipat tungod sa pagdalidali nilang Topacio ug ubang mga abogado ni Arroyo.

    Kinsay laing sad-an? Si Atty. Jose Midas Marquez, ang tigpamaba sa Korte Suprema. Siyay nagsige og hudlat ni De Lima sa way pagsusi balido ba ang TRO. Ug bisan naklaro nang depektuso ang TRO human sa dinaliang en banc session sa mga mahistrado niadtong Biyernes sa udto, si Marquez nangilad lang gihapon sa publiko nga epektibo ang TRO.

    Kinsay mas dakong sad-an? Si Corona. Siyay utok sa pagpaggamit sa Korte Suprema sa iyang amo nga gigil-asan na sa daghan uyamot nga mga kaso nga nag-ung-ong batok niya. Iyang giduhig ang tibuok institusyon pagbayad sa dakong utang kabubut-on.

    Its everybodys right to seek medical attention on any part of the world. I am no gloria for nor a noynoy fan. But its her right and it has Been taken. Leaving country doesnt mean she is guilty and lets put it this way guilty or not there far more important issues in the philippines than trying to put a " corrupt" official to jail. Tell me this when she goes to jail and rots you think nobody will take her place? You think when shes in jail peoples hunger will suddenly dissapear? Its more of a publicity stunt.. Tell me this under noys term arent they any corrupt official? Wait.. This administration hasnt done anything to issue the concern of the people who placed him there in first place.

    I never heard of anybody saying that we should put gloria in jail because she cheated the elections. People are complaining of no food , hunger, high taxes, low wages, poor education our military are fighting a never ending battle. But No! more media attention ang government attention has been given to putting gloria in jail.

    Intentionally or not, the spokespersons and the supporters of Gloria Arroyo tried to paint her as a sick and helpless victim of political abuse by the Aquino Administration, accused as a perpetrator of offenses she allegedly did not commit, tried even before a case had been filed in court and barred from travelling as if she was already proven guilty.

    Even that dramatic scene when she went to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport only to be swamped and buffeted by reporters and by the curious and then forced to leave for the hospital when denied exit clearance by Immigration officers was played up to the hilt by her lawyers, political allies and spokespersons.

    Yet, in survey after survey conducted on radio, print and television, the majority of Filipinos refused to accept that she was being treated unfairly, disagreed that she deserved to be allowed medical treatment abroad, denied that the charges against her were trumped up and even contested claims that there was undue haste in the filing of a criminal complaint against her in court.

    What seems to be obvious from all these is that, among many Filipinos, a deep reservoir of anger and resentment against Mrs. Arroyo was boiling and anything she or the people around her say in her defense, no matter how they apparently look legally or factually correct, is not being accepted.

    At the other end of the spectrum, the people are apparently willing to extend PNoy extra leeway in his government’s drive to land the biggest fish of all. And for yours truly, the President is right to take advantage of this element of trust.

    Guilty or not, Madame Arroyo hailed to court personifies the people’s wish to have the cycle of corruption and greed in the public service ended. And everyone, from the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial Departments, better sit up and listen to them.

    As far as I know, murag gihimo ra ni nga diversion sa Pnoy administration kay wala silay ma-ipakita nga improvements para sa poverty, education or roads and transportation. Same old game, para ang masa dili mgfocus sa ilaha ug adto mgtutok sa issue ni arroyo. I don't give a damn about Arroyo, wether mgpatambal cya sa gawas or dili. But what I do care about right now is kung unsa ang present state sa atong country.

    Question:If maproven guilty si Arroyo, then what? maSolve na ba ang problem sa education, infrastructure ug sa economy? I'm not saying nga i-igonore ni nato nga issue but still... there are more important things than this.

    ana lng....
