    isa ra gyd ako ika sulti ani . . . RESPECT . . .

i hope people will be more open minded and more passionate to each other

me myself is sick of religion
This also made me smile. One who espoused respect is sick of religion. That is being disrespectful of religion.

it maybe wrong in your perspective but it doesnt mean you have authority to declare the other guy is wrong in his belief.. respect his views and he will respect yours

there can be faith without religion as there are who practice religion without faith..

religion is broad, human sacrifices are considered acts of religion diba?.. who are we to judge other's belief by our standards.. this is the source of conflict when we talk bout religion.. we think they are wrong and they think we are wrong..

actually religion is nothing.. it has no physical substance.. what is not seen, felt, heard or cannot be quantified or observed, count as nothing..

just like any other organization on this world, right? governments has no actual physical substance... but it is a collection of people whose sovereignty on a particular land is acknowledged by others... Religion, like it or hate it, is likewise almost the same... The government is a brand on its people....the religion is a brand on its followers....

in a way i agree, and in a way, i dont quite agree (im not saying your wrong, you have the right on your beliefs)

governments are established for the purpose of cooperation among people to ensure survival as a group by securing physical resources and maximizing output thru effective division of labor..

religion on the other hand promises something non-matter (there is only theory bout life after death, pero wala jud physical evidence dba?), but i wont deny that religion was a form of primitive government in ancient times..

^^ its a matter of perspective... to you it doesn't benefit at all... but to others, it provides structure in their lives... it must be annoying for you to live in a world where religion still has a dominant control in people's lives... i get it why some people want to shrug off this coil from religion.... but in the greater scheme of things, man still needs religion as of now...

So what But I'm not dictating to him what his religion is. Unless his religion is about minding other people's business and telling them what their beliefs should be.

I really hate discussion about religion. That's why I favor the muslim way, even though I'm not a muslim: "To you your religion, to me my religion." I just wish people followed that because it's so simple, it means mind your own frakking business.

This thread is going nowhere... let each man be his own captain.. On what he believed in I don't have a prob to people who are "sick" or considered it non-matter, as long as you don't cross the line. We are not on a communist country pa.. so each one of us is free and entitled to his opinion.

    - Yup, by Firehouse. .. you are my religion.. that means the wife.. just my opinion, and I agree with Dacs, faith alone is nothing without a substantial act, there is still faith yes, but is it enough? Relates to the wife: You can't be truly faithful to your wife if you don't act to be faithful.. same applies to your faith and on what religion/belief you have.
