The the "rule of law" should at all time be consistent, but "laws" sometimes are inconsistent.

Furthermore the constitution is the embodiment of the fiduciary contract between the government and people. It is the constitution that all laws must abide. But also under our constitution all government power emanates from the sovereign. It is not the law which is above all but it is the sovereign.

Even the SC is but only in the service of the sovereign. The three branches of the government must act in the interest of the sovereign and justice.

di man kaayo ko maayo mo explain, let me just cite this as an example that the will of the SOVEREIGN is what matters the most..

We have to remember that all these creative legal ways of resolving controversies will be with us for keeps, part of jurisprudence and our history.
GMA is no stranger to such creative ways, having been a beneficiary of the “constructive resignation,” as declared by the Supreme Court, of her predecessor Joseph Estrada.

during this time, gloria did not question the creative minds of the supreme court.. much more to the will of the majority of the people.. hekhek..

i was really hoping mo issue ang pasay court ug hold departure order, pero mas maayo kay warrant jedd.. hehe..

im for a full blown trial.. para walay hawsyaw..
