There's no more "eye" in the typhoon...this points to weaker wind velocity...which is partly good.

Last week, based on METOC reports, winds of Ramil were peaking at 130 kph. Now, based on METOC reports, it's only 80-85kph, and is predicted to weaken further. Originally Posted by bonjovax

It will be a mostly cloudy day today, as the edge of Typhoon Santi reaches the Visayas area. Not sure about the rainfall though.
